General Requirements (Applicable to All Categories)

To qualify for the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program, applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria, including financial requirements.

Age Eligibility
  • ✔️ Applicant: 25 years old and above
Application Method
  • ✔️ Only through licensed MM2H agents accredited by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture (MOTAC) under the Tourism Industry Act 1992 (ACT 482)
Eligible Dependents
  • ✔️ Spouse (husband or wife)
  • ✔️ Biological, step, or legally adopted children under 21 years old
  • ✔️ Disabled children (no age limit) certified by a medical expert
  • ✔️ Biological, step, or legally adopted children between 21 and 34 years old, provided they are unmarried and not working in Malaysia
  • ✔️ Parents and/or parents-in-law
